Hannah’s Foundation – Drowning Prevention, Awareness and Support charity was founded in 2008 after the death of Hannah Plint in October 2007. Hannah’s Foundation provides support for families and victims who have lost or been injured in water tragedies. This appeal is founded on the Foundation’s Motto “Rebuilding lives after water tragedies”. The charity was founded in the township of Laidley, in the Heart of the Lockyer Valley.
Appeals to support families come in many ways and services. This appeal is set up to aid the families in Qld Affected by the Christmas 2010 Floods and now victims of Cyclone Yasi. This state appeal is assisting families get their students back to school with the equipment and school books they need, teachers and schools with resources. “The Hannah’s Foundation – Qld School Stationery Flood & Cyclone Appeal” is now here to help every Queensland Family receive the necessary school equipment to go back to School.
Please fill out the NOMINEES form and provide details including the school in which to pick up supplies. We require your childs name and childs grades and school. Your school booklist wil be sent to the school. Principals and Teachers can now also use this form.
Hannah’s Foundation is a fully endorsed charity with the Australian Taxation office and have charity sanctions in QLD CP5154, NSW CFN 20927 exp 24th December 2015, SA CCP 1400.
